Player of the Week -- 1-21-2008

Brady Irwin. He has been a solid defenseman for us this season and his bruising hits on the blue line intimidate opposing forwards as they cruise through nuetral ice. In Brady's first semester with the Cyclones, he was a consistent contributor on penalty kill, power play and even strength situations. Brady scored his first goal of the season this past weekend at RMC. In addition to his on-ice success, the success he has earned in the classroom is anotehr reason he is this week's Cyclone Hockey Player of the Week.
